◆盤勢分析受到美元指數亞洲盤續揚影響，亞幣續貶，台幣盤中來到 31.944 兌美元，外資持續匯出情況不變，14 日台股小幅開高後，多空交戰數回合，多頭主攻機電、運輸及金融股，仍不敵其他傳產及電子股強大賣壓，終場大盤無力站回半年線，加權指數收在 8940.4 點，下跌 17.36 點或 0.19%，成交額 984.53 億元。 OTC 指數收在 119.52 點，下跌 0.62 點或 0.52%，成交額 155.46 億元。
由於 iPhone 7 出貨高峰已過，接下來將步入淡季，此外，傳蘋果本月再砍供應鏈價格，使得蘋概股近日表現疲弱，外資持續減碼持股， 11 月僅買超一日，14 日又見巨額賣超，重創投資人信心，考量 MSCI 可能調降台股權重，美國政治仍不安定，外資持續流出資金，技術面亦持續轉弱，台股恐將向下修正，建議降低持股，汰弱留強，嚴控停損。
